It's time for a CELEBRATION!

I love Fall. I love the crispness in the air. I love the changing of the leaves. I love the cooler evenings and cozier meals. I’m grateful to live in a part of the state where I get to see Fall (well at least a California version of Fall) because this season always represents a slowing down and leaning in as we enter the holidays. It’s a time of year that always feels like celebration to me.

As you well know, celebrating is a big part of who I am. I believe that small victories, mini triumphs, and baby steps deserve recognition, especially when it comes to the two of you.

If you’re like most relationships in 2020, you’ve walked through some hard paths this year, both individually and collectively. It’s likely that small cracks became obvious areas where healing was needed. It’s also likely that stress from one area of your life got displaced or bled over to your relationship. It happens… you’re human.

And here is my loving reminder to shift the tides a bit and find a way to celebrate the two of You.

Get outside. Take a walk. Hold hands. Have a picnic. Enjoy each other.

Spend some time celebrating the path you’re walking and enjoying what you both bring to the relationship. Let the natural symbolism of Fall be a reminder to realize, release, and reset.

Enjoy each other… the two of you deserve it.

Until next week,

-A

P.S. If you’re struggling to find joy together, please reach out for support. I would hate for another season of your relationship to pass by with the two of you disconnected from each other. I’m here to help.
