Love BIG!

Our family pup passed away a few weeks back and we’re just heartbroken.  It’s still hard to even type the words.

She was 13 years old and we loved her like crazy.

Luciee was all things wild, ridiculous, and lovely. She loved her people so much and was always underfoot, in the mix, and getting into mischief. To say she was legendary is an understatement.

As we walk through this grief, which is just so terribly hard... I’m so glad we loved Luciee well.

We loved her big!

She brought laughter, so much wacky, and countless hours of home improvement projects into our lives and we loved her big.

It’s only because she was such a big part of our family that it hurts so terribly much to have her gone.

And that is my simple yet heartfelt encouragement this week.

Love big.

Really big.

It’s so worth it... to open your heart and let each other in... and love big!

I do my best to love the people (and fur babies) in my life really, really big, and even though it hurts right now... I’m grateful to be able to love big.

Because loving big is scary, it’s risky and it can break your heart sometimes.  But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I encourage you to take a moment this week to remind those around you how much you love them and lean into it.

To love big.

Yours,

-A

P.S. If you’re struggling to lean into each other and are needing to do some healing, please reach out… I’m here to help.
