Reach Out First!

Let me start by saying that this week’s tip is a tough one. I’m not saying this to deter you, I’m saying this to encourage you. 

The truth is, every week, I want you to feel both encouraged and challenged by these tips.  That’s how you grow…right??

So this week, I’m asking you to go first.  To reach out. To risk. To try.  

I get that it’s soooo much easier to go second. To reply back versus reach out. To volunteer after another hand has gone up. 

And yet, sometimes you have to be the one to reach first. I get how stuck you can get around all the “reasons” as to why it’s scary to go first, but sometimes those “reasons” are really just excuses. 

Go first in love. Don’t wait for your mate to reach out. Just do it!

You can spend your whole life waiting for your partner to go first. Don’t do that…it’s wasted time and wasted energy.

Take the leap, be brave….you got this!!
